A 28-year-old man, previously tried, was detained by police. The individual entered an apartment in the Rascani sector and stole a 40,000 lei gold watch.

The suspect acknowledged the blame and said the watch was with another person to sell it to lombard loan. 

The man risks a fine of 13,000 lei to 27,000 lei, unpaid community work from 180 to 240 hours or 4-year jail.
