Six prostitutes were found by police at work on Calea Basarabiei Street in Chisinau. The females aged between 22 and 33, come from different districts of the country.

Regarding prostitution performance, women risk fines of up to 1,800 lei or unpaid community work for up to 40 hours.

At the same time, following a police raid on Calea Basarabiei Street, a 24-year-old man from Hânceşti was arrested, prosecuted for hooliganism.
