Italian court has sentenced a Moldova 9-year imprisonment after learning his violation against his minor daughter for years, written by Italian press. 

The offense had started when the girl was only 7 years old and continued after the victim moved to Italy. 

In 2015, when the victim grew up, she decided to leave apartment where she was living with her parents and informed the police that offense. 

The girl was compensated the amount of 15 thousand euros. 

The girl's father, a former military, declared himself innocent. He told the judges that he had suffered a trauma from working that left him impotent. He presented several medical papers from the Republic of Moldova, which would confirm that he was impotent.

However, the judge did not take these acts into account in the court as it could not prove when his trauma occurred, before or after the sexual abuse.
