The Municipality received 2 300 requests from Capital's citizens according to the heat material help. This year, there are 30 requests less than the previous year, but the authorities think that the situation will be worse when the weather will get worse.

The requests can be put at the municipal companies or at the sector authority. The sum of material help is 40% of the cost of the invoice.

At the same time, the authors of the requests should prove their salary is less than 3 000 lei. Totally, this year, the municipal budget has 106 million lei for the heat.

The last year, 35 thousand families benefited of this material help. Till the present moment, 168 blocks of flats are connected to heat.
