In the clip, a man can be seen punching a fan who falls to the ground as fans brawl at the London Stadium in Stratford. As he falls, several other fans can be seen trying to restrain his attacker.
It is not known which teams the fans supported
Tensions were high during the match, which saw West Ham suffer a humiliating 3-0 home defeat to Brighton.
Two goals by Glenn Murray and a super strike by Jose Izquierdo at the London Stadium secured Brighton their first away win in the top flight since March 1983.
The atmosphere at the London Stadium was described as toxic by commentators, with supporters voicing their unhappiness towards West Ham manager Slaven Bilic.
‘It is not a good situation and the board will do what they are going to do,’ Bilic said. ‘It is their decision.
‘I won’t pinpoint the players in front of the media. I’m the manager. I don’t want to hide or run away from that. I take the full responsibility.
‘Of course I cannot be happy with our performance because we lose 3-0 at home to Brighton.’
Asked if he expects to be given time by his bosses, Bilic continued: ‘I don’t know. All I can say is I'm the manager of the team and I take full responsibility.
‘I am very experienced. I've been there before, talking about bouncing back last season. What’s going to happen? It’s not in my hands. It wasn’t before the game.
‘I am not worried. I am not worried at all. I am doing my best.
‘But when you lose 3-0 to Brighton at home... in a game that is not a must-must win but it was a very important game and we didn’t make it.
‘I always believe in myself, that’s not the question. I am a fighter but it is not my decision.’
