94th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey was celebrated with good music and traditional food in Chisinau. The event, organized by Embassy of Turkey, was attended by many guests, including deputies, officials and people of culture.

The event's host mentioned that Moldova is an important partner of Turkey and the relations between the two countries become more and more tighter.

"We can help each other with Industries. There are many companies that will be glad to assist. If we work together and share experience, we can develop together" Ambassador of Turkey in the Republic of Moldova, Hulusi Kilic declared.

Guests came forth with words of praise and encouragement for Turkey.

"As Minister of Internal Affairs, I wish them security. May your country be at peace. Turkey has faced major issues and managed to teach all to be more responsible in fighting against terrorism" Minister of Internal Affairs, Alexandru Jizdan said.

"Turkey is the main strategic partner of Gagauzia. At the moment, there are many projects implemented in Gagauzia, mostly social" President of New Gagauzia organization, Nicolae Dudoglo stated.

Economy Minister, Octavian Calmîc, accentuated that recently, relations with Turkey are growing.

"Turkey is ready every year to invest, billion of Euro, Dollars, a fact which gains our attention and makes us wish to intensify the trade and investments with  Republic of Moldova" he announced.

This year, Republic of Moldova and Republic of Turkey have marked 25 years of diplomatic relations. President of Moldovan Parliament, Andrian Candu and Prime Minister Pavel Filip have also officially visited that country, where they held meeting with President Recep Erdogan.
