A new project was forwarded to the Government according to which, the Code of Civil Procedure will be modified so that citizens will have easier access to law. 

The new document aims to simplify the procedure, reduce the trial's duration and improve the chances of both parties.

One of the main innovations is the possibility to examine and solve the written procedure of a case, if it's worth is less than 50 thousand lei.

This project is justified by the big amount of cases forwarded to courts.

It is also proposed to modernize the rules of legal citation and communication of procedural documents and to introduce the possibility of electronic citation.

Another idea of this project is to introduce the possibility of submitting applications through the integrated file management program with qualified advanced electronic signature.
