Border Police officers detected and lifted several counterfeit acts last weekend at border crossing points of Leuşeni and Sculeni. 

Three Romanian identity cards with falsification signs, were found in a man, dual citizen, Moldovan and Romanian, while trying to leave the country. 

People reported that they would use them in Germany, employment, and opening bank accounts.

Another illegality was committed by a citizen of Kazakhstan, who had a fake driving license issued by the Lithuanian authorities.

In all cases, the documents were removed and sent for expertise. Border police continue to investigate circumstances and take legal action.
