Moldova and Romania together at the funeral services of late King Michael I
Saturday, 16th December 2017, at 18:45 local time, the funeral services for King Michael I will take place at Curtea de Argeș, announced on Wednesday the Royal House.
According to the program published by the Royal House, authorities from Chisinau and those from Bucharest will go together to express condolences at Peleș Castle, where on Wednesday, the lifeless body of the King will be brought.
"Wednesday, 13th December, 14:00 local time, the body of the late King will be brought to the Hall of Honor from Peleș Castle. The Crown Princess and the Royal Family will be present in Sinaia. The officials will be able to express their condolences at Peleș Castle according to the following program:
– 14-15 O'clock: President of Romania, President of Moldova, members from the Government of Romania, members from the Government of Republic of Moldova, members from the Parliament of Romania, members from the Parliament of Republic of Moldova.
– 15-16 O'clock: Representatives of State, central and local institutions.
– 16-17 O'clock: Representatives of the diplomatic corps of European Union, NATO and international organizations.
– 17-18 O'clock: Representatives of the Romanian Academy and Academy of Sciences of Moldova, of the Orthodox Church and those of the Catholic Church" shows the statement of the Royal House.
