A woman horrified other drivers when she was holding her baby while driving at 80 km/h. The scene was spot on Mihai Viteazul st., Râşcani sector of the capital. 

Video went viral after being posted on social network by a witness. 

According to the traffic rule, minors under 12 can only be transported in the rear seat and in a special chair.

If she is identified by the police, the woman risks a fine and three penalty points.
