Igor Dodon displeased by settlements that decided to sign declaration of unification with Romania
President Igor Dodon harshly criticized the decision of some settlements from Moldova to sign the declaration of unification with Romania.
According to a press statement of the Presidency, the head of state condemns those acts and the fact that Security and Intelligence Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Office of the Prosecutor General have not reacted.
Igor Dodon has announced that a meeting of the Supreme Security Council will take place and requested the Government and the Parliament to take actions.
According to him, those actions can ruin the sovereignty, independence and integrity of Moldova. So far, eight settlements have signed for the unification with Romania.
