Within a press conference, Governor of Victoriabank spoke about supporting the First House Project. Bogdan Pleșuvescu declared that young people from Moldova must remain home.

"We wish to ensure that all our support is provided. The First House Program is meant for young people. We also wish for this to become a reason for them to not leave abroad. We believe this project will stimulate Republic of Moldova's economy, while the facilities Victoriabank offers to the clients will somehow support this project" Governor of Victoriabank, Bogdan Pleşuvescu said.

Only people under 45, with an official employment and that don't own real estate, or other mortgage loans are eligible to apply for the First House project. Their salaries have to be at least the double of the monthly rate, while the state will pay 50% of the mortgage.
