Dismissal of Mihai Moldovanu brought forth many accusations and controversies toward Chisinau City Hall. Silvia Radu explained on social network why head of Healthcare Department was released from duty and of the lies told by PL and PSRM deputies.

"Politicians have apparently finally woke up and remembered about Chisinau.

After Munteanu told today's lies about the City Hall and myself, Ion Ceban followed suit and begun spreading false statements. Those are members of PL and PSRM, parties that controlled for many years City Hall and are the ones responsible for the chaos in the Capital.

Mister Ceban accused me of dismissing Mister Moldovanu only for the show, that I have not warned him of this two months ago. If he would have read all the declarations posted on the City Hall's web page, he would have seen the invoked laws and realized that the dismissal was caused by breaches. Article 86, paragraph 1, letter p from the Labor Code clearly states: "grave breaches, even once, of duties."

Mister Moldovanu was fired due to breaches and therefore, I was not required to notify him of this decision 2 months beforehand, as Ceban claims. Such notifications are done only in case it was decided to reorganize or restructure the position.

Apparently some politicians are so busy with elections that they lack time to get their facts straight."
