The Government has modified the law to ensure that people, who purchase apartments in blocks that are still under construction, will no longer be fooled. The declaration was made by Minister of Justice, Victoria Iftodi, who participated last evening in  "Replica" TV show from Prime.

The official explained under what conditions people will be able to buy such apartments.

"Investment companies will no longer be able to promise goods they are constructing to citizens. Buildings will no longer be built, except by the owner of the land, because often, there are problems, causing conflicts to appear. Advance payment will be forbidden by law. Investment contracts will no longer exist, only sales and purchase agreements" Minister Victoria Iftofi said.

The official also declared that administrators of construction companies, who breached the law and dismissed, will be punished.

"The administration often leaves, then new administration is hired, therefore they avoid punishment, we cannot find who made the agreement when it comes to incomes of the commercial society" Iftodi declared.
