After evaluating all project submitted to the competition held by Governmental Program Diaspora Engagement Hub, 18 winners were selected among 26 participants, who submitted their documents during December 7 2017 - March 15 2018.

The program aims to harness the human capital of diaspora and support Moldovans living abroad in implementing their ideas in Republic of Moldova. Here, the commission evaluated and selected projects for three subprograms: Regional Partnership, Ability of Women from Diaspora and Professional Return of Diaspora.

Within the subprogram of Regional Partnership were selected three applicants, oriented toward partnerships among associations, who will each receive 93986.5 lei. At the same time, five grants worth 93986.5 lei each will be offered to wining projects within the subprogram Ability of Women from Diaspora. 

To encourage transfer of human capital and professional experience for academic, social and economic development of Republic of Moldova, professionals from Diaspora will receive 10 grants worth 37594,6 thousand lei each, within the subprogram Professional Return of Diaspora. 

Diaspora Engagement Hub is a program offering thematic grants to citizens of Republic of Moldova working abroad and is unfolded with the support of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, within the second phrase of the project "Consolidating institutional capacities of Republic of Moldova in migration and development".
