MEP Norica Nicolai, who met with leader of PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc, declared that Republic of Moldova must continue implementing reforms, while the country's European path is irreversible. Vlad Plahotniuc expressed his gratitude to Noricăi Nicolai for the all the support and encouragements from the European Parliament offered to our country.

Norica Nicolai, who suggested last year the creation of Friendship Group EU-Moldova, appreciated the implemented reforms. The MEP mentioned that Chisinau's Government has the determination and political will to see it through.

"I believe Moldova has a real chance and the current governing coalition must continue. After speaking today with Mr. President I became confident that there is determination, force and competence to implement all reforms necessary for the country's European future" Norica Nicolai declared.

While, Vlad Plahotniuc highlighted that Norica Nicolai is one of the best friends Republic of Moldova has. According to the official, Romanian MEPs often protect the interests of our country better then many politicians from Moldova do.

"Many politicians do not come even close to the way Madam Norica Nicolai speaks of Moldova, its Government and people, at the European Parliament. I expressed my gratitude and hopes that she will continue supporting our country" leader of PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc declared.

The MEP also mentioned that citizens of Moldova who are living in EU member states trust that Chisinau will not stray from the path of European integration.

"Thousand of Moldovans who live in EU, who are happy, trust that the Government from Chisinau will continue offering them the possibility to live where they are comfortable" MEP Norica Nicolai declared.

MEP Norica Nicolai visited Republic of Moldova to participate at the reunion of the Parliamentary Association Committee Moldova - EU.
