The procedure of selling and purchasing real estate might be simplified. Those who wish to perform such transactions will no longer need to present documents from Fiscal Service, proving that they have no debts. The initiative belongs to deputies of European People's Party of Moldova.

Vice President of the Parliament, Valeriu Ghilețchi, declared that each year, over 400 000 people purchase or sell real estate. According to him, the procedure must be simplified so that people will spend less time and make fewer travels.

The document was already supported by three parliamentary committees and will following be voted by the deputies.
