Moldova and Ukraine has signed two agreements on Thursday which enable vehicles complying with the EURO 3 rules to cross two countries without license. 

According to the Government, the documents will develop the goods export, expand the market. ]

Moreover, the documents will increase the number of operators who will perform flights between Moldova and Ukraine so as to improve air service and reduce the air fares.
