PSRM candidate at Chisinau City Hall, Ion Ceban, tried to amaze new voters with innovative ideas to turn the capital into a smart city. 

He wants people to sign up to doctor online, pay their bills online, register kindergarten online. 

It is true that all these initiatives have been practiced for years in Chisinau. However, Ceban could not tell how much the municipal budget would cost to create necessary software.

"You tell me that online registration of online exists but i can show you how it works. I talked with a lot of doctors. The problem is not with the enrollment but the queues in the institutions. Different prices or costs are of these integrated systems", said Ceban. 

Ion Ceban has also proposed creating an online platform where residents of the capital can learn about any problem. This function is already found on the City Hall's website under 'Alerts'.

Moreover, the socialist candidate wants to create an application on the mobile phone, with which drivers can find a parking space. Ceban, for the time being, does not know how to increase the number of parking lots.
