43 attics from Capital haven't been given into service yet
43 attics from the Capital built nine years ago were not given into service yet. This is why both the ones who invested in the new apartments and the ones who received the approval to built something had to suffer.
In 2012, an economic agent started to build a flat on Dumitru Rascanu street. The works took a year, time when the workers destroyed 2/3 of the roof and dissapeared.
"The ceiling fell in this room. If you had came earlier, then you you would have seen it", said Maria Dediu.
Last week, the local authorities repaired the roof and people started to renovate the houses. Dediu family says they repaired it six years ago.
"We have changed the doors, windows, we have connected it to heat", said Andrei Dediu.
The problem of these residents appeared on the agenda of Silvia Radu. The City Hall allocated 280 thousand lei to renovate the roof.
"The roof is repaired now", said Ghenadie Dubita, the chief of the communal direction.
Between 2009 and 2012, in the Capital started to be built over 70 attics. 43 of them are just a building site, while others don't have permissive acts. The majority of the attics were built in Botanica sector.
