Economic agents who own banquet halls or restaurants will be inspected by State Fiscal Service.

The checks are meant to ensure the effective administration of taxpayers, establishment and prevention of breaches and compliance of economic agents.

During the inspection, SFS will monitor the following indicators: type of establishment (banquet halls, restaurant, cafe); the establishment's size; number of seats; work hours; tax incidence; average number of employees; average salary.

According to SFS employees, between May 10 - June 4, 27 tax posts will be installed in Republic of Moldova, 14 of them being located in Chisinau.

Here, SFS urges all economic agents that own banquet halls or restaurants to abide the law and offer services in accordance with the legislation.
