Croatia supports Republic of Moldova's European integration and will plead for the extension of the European Union. The declaration was made by Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia and Deputy Prime Minister of Croatia, Marija Pejčinović Burić during a meeting with Minister Tudor Ulianovschi.
The two officials have exchanged opinions on bilateral relations, especially the Moldovan-Croatian intergovernmental commission, that will hold a meeting in July 2018 in Chisinau, as well as the priorities of the future presidency of the Council of the European Union (January - June 2020).
The Moldovan Official expressed interest in strengthening the bilateral political dialogue and relaunch visits at both the high level and at the level of foreign ministries.
In her turn, Marija Pejčinović Burić highlight the advanced Moldovan-Croatian relations, reiterating the commitment and determination to strengthen bilateral relations and sharing the expertise of European integration.
