In an apartment from Râşcani serctor of the Capita, a 33-year-old man has threatened with a knife the owner and injured a guest. The aggressor entered the apartment after knocking on the door and requesting shelter over the night. 

"I am covered in cuts. He closed the door and forbade us from leaving. I requested him to stop and then the fight begun. I pushed him and then got cut" the injured guest retold.

The apartment's owner claims that it is the second time he ever saw the man who requested help:

"I did not expected this to happen."

"He offered to shelter him over the nigh. But that man took the knife and put it at the owner's throat, promising to kill him if the door was opened again. The guest tried to protect his friend, but got injured."

Upon the arrival of law enforcement, the suspect became more annoyed and refused to obey the officers.

"Once we arrived we were met by many neighbors. They reported a person from the apartment and helped open the door. We entered and secured the suspect" police officer explained.

The man was taken to the precinct from Râșcani for questionings, but was shortly released, because the apartment's owner refused to submit a police report.

It is not the first time the man breached the law.

Last week, the man was arrested by law enforcement while attempting to break into a minibus and rob it.
