90 passengers of the Dublin-Chişinău flight have arrived to Chisinau airport without their luggage. People have waited for nearly half a day without a single explanation.

"We have been waiting for 6 hours now. The company has not yet explained where our luggage is. We don't know anything."

A couple that arrived to Moldova plan to wed in a week. The lost baggage contained their wedding clothes.

"Everything we needed for the wedding is in that luggage. I do not know when it will arrive. There are other people who had their luggage lost" passenger Alina Tircea said.

"- I asked when my luggage is, but they came and cursed us.

- What did they say?

- They said to shut up. Do you think this is any way to speak with a customer?"

A similar situation befell on a man who had his medicine, which needs to be taken at a fixed hour, in the luggage. 

"Half a year ago I had surgery on my knee, I came here to see a doctor. I have been standing since 7 o'clock" passenger Alexandru Grecu said.

The airline company has blamed the case on the airport's representatives from Dublin. According to them, they have changed the runway in the last moment.

"Flight 320 was supposed to take of on a different runway, but due to some delays the runway was closed for the night. The plane had to use another one, which could support less weight" airline company representative, Mihaela Josan said.

In the end, to ensure that all passengers arrive to Chisinau, the team decided to leave part of the luggage at the airport. The airline's representatives assured that the luggage will be arrive in Chisinau by tomorrow.
