Platon was not going to waste time with this and falsified the military record, which is why he was chosen with a criminal case. Then, the KGB recruited him to use it to counteract the National Liberation Movement in Chisinau.

According to Zeppelin, the two young KGB agents, Platon and Vasiloi, here in Chisinau had a curator, Oleg Podolko. The latter was sent by the KGB to Chisinau with diversionary economic tasks, as well as the financing of Kremlin's projects. Podolko was chairman of the Industrial and Construction Bank of Moldavian SSR, which later becomes MoldIndConBank. Podolko also had control over another bank in Chisinau, InvestPrivatBank.

In 1994, Podolko leaves the banks in Chisinau on the hands of his subordinate, Veaceslav Platon, and goes to Cuba. His second student, Rosian Vasiloi, after completing the KGB school, returns to Moldova and becomes Deputy Chief of the Border Guards in Cotul Morii, near the Leuşeni Customs, and was responsible for training and educating employees. Meanwhile, the two colleagues are advancing. In 2005, Rosian Vasiloi became head of the Border Guard Service's Apparatus. Vasiloi had access to all the information that related to security at the border of Moldova. In addition to collecting and transmitting information to Moscow, he also had an important mission to recruit new agents for the FSB.
