Vlad Plahotniuc thanked everyone who voted for the Democratic Party as well as its colleagues.
"I would like to congratulate the colleagues who have competed for the constituencies, thanks to those who did not achieve the maximum result, but they worked very hard, and they contributed considerably to the results obtained by the Democratic Party on the national constituency," the politician said.
"I want to congratulate all the parties, because beyond the competition, we have to look at the needs of the people," Vlad Plahotniuc stressed.
"The PDM is ready to negotiate with the parties that enter Parliament to offer citizens a parliamentary majority and a functioning government. We want the first discussion in these days, we hope that the meeting will be productive. We hope responsible negotiation with purpose to continue the good things for citizens to develop Moldova on models which already yielded results, "he added.
The President of the Democrats also underlined that the political party will continue to work on behalf of the citizens.
"We do not have resentment, prejudices, we will go to the negotiations, and we will place our citizens at the forefront, to give people a competent government and a better life.
