Government returned to work at full capacity until new Members' mandates validated
Government has returned to work with all ministers until new Members'mandates are validated. It has been said by PM Pavel Filip at the weekly meeting.
Parliamentary elections are also tabled by the officials. Pavel Filp pointed out that the elections were free and fair without major deviations.
"We passed the parliamentary elections. The exercise was closed. We had insisted that these elections were conducted freely, fairly and we we managed. We also invited national and international observers.
We made every effort to conduct the elections freely and fairly. We had discussions with CEC and we installed cameras.
I enjoyed seeing OSCE reports which stated the elections were fair and free, with insignificant deviations which can't influence the outcome of these elections. There were few problems with the diaspora. We did not hear of major deviations at international polling stations.
I want to thank everybody who have been involved and ensured these elections were conducted freely and fairly. I also want to thank everybody in this government to ensure the smooth election running even when there was no need to intervene but we insisted unity in this period.
I want to thank all citizens who cast their vote in these elections. Citizens are the ones who care and get involved.
Ministers are back to work today until the validation of new Members is confirmed. The Government is functional and full powers.
After validation, we will have an acting government until new executives are formed", said Premier Pavel Filip.
