Constitutional Court rejected the request to recount the votes in an uninominal constituency in Riscani of the PDM candidate Iurie Urzica. 

The decision is final and can not be subject to appeal.

In the Sunday elections, Socialist Vladimir Mizdrenco defeated Iurie Urzica at 170 votes difference. 

The PDM candidate reasoned his approach that in several polling stations, some ballots favoring him were cancelled by applying "Voted" stamp on other candidates. 

Constitutional Court specified that Iurie Urzica failed to present evidence to prove wrongdoing.
