The First House program is extended as First House 4 which will be launched in June this year. It has been said by Finance Minister Ion Chicu. According to the official, the project is a next stage of First House 2. 

"In June 2019, if the establishment of government and parliament is managed, we will launch the First House 4, "said Ion Chicu.

The First House program, launched by the Government, is intended for citizens who are up to 45 years of age, are officially employed and have no other mortgages. The state guarantees 50 percent of the credit balance. The cost of housing should not exceed one million lei, and the initial rate is 10 percent of the price. The government extended the First House program.

The First House 2 program involves important compensation for the budget-paid employees. Specifically, teachers, doctors, police officers, military and other employees of state institutions who want to buy a house through the First Home Program also benefit from state compensation of 50 percent of the mortgage loan amount , for a period of 25 years.
