Vlad Filat, the ex-chief of Moldova Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) has been seen on a street in Chisinau this morning. 

Accompanied by legal people, he was leaving a dentist's office.

Vlad Filat was convicted for 9 years in jail of corruption and influence peddling.
