According to the police, three young men were drinking wine and accidentally took out the safety grenade ring. The law people also say that this is a hand grenade, the RGD-5 model.

The explosion was set off then in the house yard at Hancesti, killing a man aged 21 and injuring his friends aged 24 and 27. The incident occurred at around 14:35 on Decebal Street. The police moved on the scene. 

All circumstances are being investigated.
