Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Meleşcanu has declared on Monday that Romanian Ambassador to Chisinau was present at the meeting of President Igor Dodon with European Union member state Ambassadors. 

Moreover, the Romanian Ambassador Daniel Ioniţă will meet Democratic Party leader Vlad Plahotniuc later on Monday. 

Meleşcanu also said that it wouldn't be problematic for snap elections to be held on September 6 as Pavel Filip decided. 

Regarding the meeting with President Igor Dodon, Meleşcanu said the talk only lasted 15 minutes in which the only one speaking was Igor Dodon.
