According to a decision of the Criminal Court of the SCJ, on July 11, 2019, which was made public by mold-street.md, the magistrates admitted the appeals for annulment, declared by the lawyer Ceachir Anatolie on behalf of the convicted Burlacu Vitalie and the lawyer Zamfir Pavel on behalf of the convicted Baglai Irina, regarding the total annulment of the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice on July 18, 2018 and the decision of the Chisinau Court of Appeal on April 10, 2017.
The SCJ magistrates ordered the re-examination of the case by the same court of appeal, in another court.
Moreover, the document also states that Baglai Irina is to be released from the penitentiary. The decision is not susceptible to appeal.
