The court hearings were organized for the suspects in the Chisinau International Airport concession, after Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office jointly carried out with Anti-corruption Center (CNA) raids at house and cars of some members of the Concession Commission. 

All suspects were invited to the CNA headquarter and made statements about the circumstance of case. They denied the wrongdoing. 

According to prosecutors, preventive measures of freedom were not applied to suspects.

Former deputy ministers and representatives of some companies were also targeted in this file.
