Constitutional Court rejected complaint on canceling the immunity of Reghina Apostolova and Marina Tauber

Constitutional Court announced in a press release that the request of the MPs of the Shor party on lifting the immunity of the MPs Reghina Apostolova and Marina Tauber was rejected.
The CCM statement states that the complaint was inadmissible.
The MPs from the Shor Party addressed the CCM three days after the Parliament decided to admit the interim general prosecutor's request to deprive of the immunity of the two MPs and later they were detained.
Currently, Marina Tauber is under house arrest and Reghina Apostolova is in remand.
