The judge whose immunity was cancelled is Ion Druţă, the President of Supreme court of Justice. According to spokeswoman of Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office Cătălina Bogonos, the prosecution was initiated against Druţă. 

At the moment, the prosecutors are at CSJ headquarter and carrying out raids at the president's office. Meanwhile, he was suspended from office. 

According to Ziarul Naţional, the judge is staying with his family abroad. 

Publika.md recalls that recently Ion Druță was suspended from office with a decision by High Court of Magistrates. Druţă challenged the decision and was reinstated afterwards.
