Moldova's Parliament yesterday adopted the draft law on the unitary pay system in budgetary sector. As a result of this change, nearly 44,000 employees in the budget sector will benefit from salary increases between 8 and 63% in 2020.

The bill stipulates annual financial costs 372 million lei. 

We recall that, in order to reform the pay system in the budgetary sector, the Parliament adopted the law no. 270/2018 on the unitary pay system in budgetary sector with implementation from December 1, 2018.
