Moldovan Health Minister Viorica Dumbrăveanu urged people to take coronavirus test at the laboratory accredited by the World Health Organization, not at the private centers. 

"WHO requires all tests to be performed in the laboratory. We do not recommend rapid tests at private centers. We offer free tests for all persons, even those who don't have medical insurances," the minister said. 

The only laboratory in Moldova capable of testing for covid-19 is managed by the National Public Health Agency, Minister Viorica Dumbrăveanu announced. 

The authorities assure that there are enough coronavirus test kits in Moldova and another package of WHO test kits will soon reach the country.
