There are 4181 houses purchased since the launch of the First House state program. Six applications have been accepted and another 20 applications are analyzed. 

The total amount of loans granted by banks is 2,093,648,922.86 lei, and the total amount of active guarantees constitutes 1,046,824,461.43 lei. Out of 4158 beneficiaries 2936 are families, and 1245 are unmarried young people. The average age of the applicants is 31.3 years.

Among the beneficiaries, 595 persons benefit from compensations from the state budget under the First House 2 program, 1520 - within the First House 3 program, and 304 - within the First House 4 program.

The average area of the homes purchased through the Program is 59.99 m.p., while the average value of the homes purchased is 593.16 thousand lei.

3917 houses are in urban areas and 264 are in rural areas. Among these are 3854 are apartments and 327 individual dwellings.
