We have over 13 thousand coronavirus tests in stock which will be sufficient for the next 2-3 weeks, President Igor Dodon announced in a press briefing yesterday. 

"We ordered 100 thousand China-made tests. We hope that they will be delivered next week. At the moment the National Agency for Public Health laboratory has a capacity of 600-700 tests per day. There are private laboratories which can make 800 tests a day. From 1800-2000 tests can be taken daily in Moldova. 

"The number of beds in hospitals: We have 196 people admitted to hospitals in Chisinau. Chisinau hospitals can accommodate up to 1000 patients. The sorting center from Moldexpo will start operating on April 3, which will allow 300-400 people at the first stage and can be increased up to several thousand. People who are infected will go to the hospital, those who are not infected will go home ”.
