The fifth generation technology is not linked to the spread of COVID-19, and scientifically unproven theories which said vaccination aims to control people is false. This is the opinion of several Moldovan experts and scholars, who urge citizens to document themselves before making hasty conclusions.

According to the vice president of the Moldovan Academy of Sciences, Svetlana Cojocaru, 5G technology is not different from previous generation networks, 2, 3 or 4 G. The most important difference is the speed of data transmission.

"5G is the same 4G, only it has a wider band for the transmission of information. People's lives do not radically change," said Svetlana Cojocaru.

Cojocaru also said that the theory that vaccines against the new type of coronavirus will be implanted in people under the skin is an aberration from a scientific and medical point of view.

"Encapsulating a physical object is a small surgical operation. A vaccine definitely cannot contain this chip. Moreover, no one does such things, against the will of the people," said Svetlana Cojocaru.

Meanwhile, the State Secretary at the Economy Ministry Vitalie Tarlev said the 5G technology could be implemented in our country in just two years. Even so, this will only be done after extensive consultation with experts and competent institutions, who will give a verdict on their harmlessness on human health.

While the Metropolitan Church of Moldova has already sent a letter to the country's leadership expressing its disagreement with the technology 5, the Metropolitan Church of Bessarabia has not publicly expressed its opinion.

The Secretary of the Metropolitan Cabinet Andrei Bucliş informed us that an official position in this regard can be taken only during the synod meeting.
