Many pharmacies and barbershops suspended for violating coronavirus control measures
Seven pharmacies, nine barbershops, a dental office and five wholesale or retail units were closed for failing to comply with COVID-19 measures. According to the director of ANSP, Nicolae Furtună, the decision to suspend the activity of the targeted agents was taken after health officials carried out unannounced checks on June 3-10.
According to Furtună, the administrators of eight barbershops was fined.
"We have carried out unannounced checks on the risky agents that have resumed their activity. In a few days, we have eight fines and suspended the activity of 23 agents. We have decided to proceed to controls, including coercive measures ", mentioned Nicolae Furtună.
The head of ANSP warned that these checks do not end here.
"Where there will be violations, we will proceed to the cessation of the activity and sanctions will be made".
It should be mentioned that, between June 3-10, 281 units were checked, 50 of which had non-conformities at the control stage.
