Romania continues support for Moldova both in political relation to Western partners and on the strategic plane regarding the electricity supply of Moldova. The statement was made by the Romanian Prime Minister, Mihai Tudose, on a working visit to Chisinau.
In turn, Prime Minister Pavel Filip says that relations between Moldova and Romania will remain as good, regardless of the political color of the Government in Bucharest.
Pavel Filip met Mihai Tudose in front of the Government. The two officials hugged each other. A bilateral meeting and an extended meeting of Moldovan and Romanian delegations followed.
After the statements, the two prime ministers went to the Great National Assembly Square, where the keys of the school minibuses donated by the Romania were handed over. In total, 96 vehicles will arrive in Moldovan villages.
Previously, we also received 100 transport vehicles.
The officials established a joint government meeting in Chisinau this autumn. In the meantime, teams of ministers will meet periodically to boost joint projects. Next week, the heads of the Interior will discuss issues regarding Romanian citizenship granting.
