Government has appointed many state secretaries, Sergiu Luca and Dumitru Udrea to Finance Ministry and Andrei Ciornîi to Economy Ministry. 

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu proposed Tatiana Molcean and Dinu Toderașco as state secretaries. 

Sergiu Luca was not present at the government meeting because he was on the way from Canada to Chisinau, Finance Minister Natalia Gavriliţa said.
