The study papers issued since 1992 by the educational institutions on the left bank of Nistru and Bender municipality will be apostilled.

The Executive has approved today a decision on completing normative framework in force with the regulation which will permit apostill application for documents issued in the Transnistrian region, particularly by the T.G. Shevchenko in Tiraspol.

Thus, the young people from the left bank of Nistru will be able to continue their studies and to work abroad.

The study papers will be developed according to the standards and recommendations of the European experts. The model form will be a neutral one, approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.

Additionally, seals and stamps will not contain state symbols, symbols of other state-owned formations, or insignia and claims that can be assimilated to them.
