15 people were injured this afternoon after the bus they were in was hit by a car and has overturned. The accident occurred near the Sociteni village, on the Chisinau-Hincesti route.

Ten victims were transported to the Emergency Hospital in Capital.

Passengers talk about the horror they went through moments:

"I was seated. There were free seats, the bus was quite empty."

"I saw a car that hit ours in the face. We rolled several times. We called more than 15 minutes and here's just a car sent."

"I have not noticed, I was thinking about arriving at Chisinau. A limo was facing us and it went to our side. We came from Cahul. Everything happened in seconds."

According to reports, the Volkswagen driver who went the opposite direction would be responsible for the accident. Police suspect that he had been speeding.
