All divisions and departments of Chisinau City Hall will only be able to make public acquisitions with MTender. A declaration for this purpose was issued today by interim Mayor, Silvia Radu. 

Silvia Radu obligated all subdivisions of local public administration - departments, public institutions, healthcare institutions, municipal enterprises and joint stock companies mostly owned by the City Hall, to purchase goods, services or works by using the public eProcurement platform - MTender.

MTender is fully operational. It already contains 244 announcements. The platform was created within the public- private partnership, with the support of the Ministry of Finance and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
