Dmitry Rogozin has been declared undesirable person in Moldova in accordance with international standards. The decision was made today at the government meeting.

Media analyst Cristian Tabără in Publika TV Report, spoke about the term persona non grata.

"In term of diplomatic status appointed to someone, persona non grata or an undesirable person is the most serious warning given by hosting country"

"Such measures are taken in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations."

In 2016 a law was passed in the Republic of Moldova on restrictive measures against certain persons.
