Transform the useless objects into masterpieces, it's the talent of Andrei Mudrea, a contemporary artist who wants to teach people to discover art and things believed useless at first sight. For this, he opened an exhibition in the Chisinau center.
The artist says he's passionate about sculpture since he heard of that. When he was little, he molded figurines out of the mud and gave to his friends as presents. Over time, he came to life with objects he did not use anymore. 'The girl with earrings' was born from a faux iron.
"Before we threw it, I saw a beautiful oval face of beautiful girl," said Andrei Mudrea.
The inaugural exhibition also aims to raise funds for young painters and sculptors.
"He inspires me the invention of future, something related to the Universe."
"I am impressed by the composition of different objects, It's really fantastic!"
The exhibition remains open for free for an indefinite period, and visitors can also admire the paintings of Andrei Mudrea.
