His outfit surprised his parliamentary colleagues, including Maia Sandu, who declared of not recognizing him 'You got me scared', said Sandu to Nastase.

Andrei Nastase didn't explain his behavior.

His former ally Renato Usatii made fun of him on Facebook. Partidul Nostru leader wrote that the Internal Minister could dress as a spaceman as well.
